How good is AI image generation?

My latest project is working on a coloring book app for teens and older. I've decided to enlist in the help of AI to make this happen. I will be using it for coding of the app, as well as, some of art.

I just started using ChatGPT image generation. One of my prompts was "A woman with a pixie hair cut is standing in the middle of a fairy ring. She’s wearing a tutu, a ribbed tank top, and clogs. She is holding her arms in the air as if she’s waiting for something. In the background is magical looking trees. The style of the image should be black line art on a white back ground with no grays or shadows." It produced this:

With a few edits prompts "add more trees behind the other trees and add some patches of grass" and "add a few pebbles in the bare area around the fairy ring", it managed to produce this.

For me, I couldn't be any happier with the image it created. Hopefully, I can try out other AI platforms and see what they come up with so I can update this post with comparisons. But for those who want to jump right in, ChatGPT seems like a good choice.
