Synopsis
Psylocke has rescued some kids from a A.I.M. party but there are still more children to be rescued elsewhere. Also dealing with the fact she had to kill Skullbuster and wasn't frightened by it, will Kwannon be able to continue without killing more during her mission?
Nerdy Take
This issue continues smoothly from where the last issue left off. She is still on a mission to save children and the story does well to bring it to conclusion. We also get an introduction to a new character that brings a little more insight into Psylocke. Their conversations were very enlightening and written well.
The same great quality from issue 1 is seen in issue 2. Vincenzo Carratù and Fer Sifuentes-Sujo work well together to bring Psylocke to life in a world that amplifies her ninja grace. The color pallet is perfect for the action and drama the story brings. I really liked seeing again the purple wash over Psylocke during combat like an enhanced afterimage. The familiar lettering and speech bubbles helped reading flow. And the continued use of the butterfly effect around their heads let me know when psychic abilities are in effect.
I have issues with the original cover again. It is not flattering as it could have been. The way the chest area is shadowed doesn't look right to me. Inside I had no real complaints.
I was happy to get an answer to one of my questions from issue #1, what will she do with the children? Now I know. When one mission ends, another one starts and I'm ready for issue #3. This next one has even more at stake.
A Peek Behind the Panel

Open the Spoiler Ward
Psylocke may of just killed Skullbuster but she is also remembering a childhood friend that seemed to really care about Kwannon when they were being trained by The Hand as kids. Her hardship as a child is probably the reason she is so adamant about saving the children. Maybe she couldn't save this childhood friend.
